Standard sizes for profile pictures (to reduce loading time, and keep the layout from changing)

Standard sizes or that pointcarre itself makes the picture smaller (file size)

Now all sizes are accepted, even pictures that are to big for the layout of pointcarre.
Because there are al lot of pictures with very "big" sizes, sometimes the page in the forum loads really slow.

This is an idea that would make a forum load quicker, and that the layout stays neat
